Setting your price
After receiving your online estimate, we’ll phone to discuss the valuation in more detail and answer any questions you have.
We’ll gather as many details about your property as we can. Using this information, we’ll recommend a sale price, but of course we’ll work with you to set one you’re happy with.
Choosing a package
We offer three packages to sell your house online. But which is right for you?
There are many factors to consider, but perhaps the most important are time and budget. Our Standard and Plus packages are low-cost, high-quality ways to sell your home.
Our No Sale, No Fee package is ideal for getting your property on the market quickly without paying upfront.

If you haven’t already, get your property ready for taking photos and viewings. Cleaning, decorating, gardening (and the rest) – it’s a lot of work. But a great first impression is what you’re going for, so make it count.
If you’ve selected any package Add-ons (such as a For Sale board or Expert Floor plan and Photos) we’ll arrange a date to visit.
Once we have all the details of your property—including floor plan and photos—we create and market your listing on our partner property sites (including Rightmove, Zoopla, and PrimeLocation).
We guarantee your property consistently high visibility throughout the web — far greater than high-street agents.
We receive and qualify enquiries for you. We then arrange with you a suitable time for viewings.

After the viewings, we contact potential buyers for feedback. This way, we can act on any interest as soon as possible, but also improve any areas that didn’t meet expectations.

Once an offer is made, we discuss it with you and what your options are - be it accept, reject, or negotiate. We conduct any further negotiations on your behalf to get you a price you’re happy with.
When you accept an offer, we draft a Memorandum of Sale, take both parties’ solicitors details and instruct your buyer to conduct a survey as part of our efforts to expedite your sale.
Sale-to-Completion usually takes around two months. During this process we are in constant contact with the solictors to make sure everything is on track, and give you regular updates.
